Privacy notice
In short
We collect only what you type into an early-access form, keep it in one place, and use it to contact you about Markov. No analytics, no ads, no tracking cookies.
What we collect
Only when you submit the early-access form or a script-access request:
- your email address;
- your TradingView username, if you request script access, because that is the account we grant it to;
- which early access you asked for (the strategy pack, the chart, or general);
- when you signed up, and your browser’s user-agent string (the line that names your browser and system), cut to 256 characters.
That’s all. We don’t ask for your name, your location or anything about your trading.
Where it’s kept
In Cloudflare Workers KV, the key-value store attached to the service that runs this site, filed under your email address. We don’t write it to logs, and the form never echoes your email back.
What we use it for
To tell you when early access opens, and for script requests, to add your username in TradingView and email you when it’s done. We don’t sell it, rent it or share it for anyone’s marketing.
Nothing is for sale yet, so we hold no payment details. When paid plans open, payments will be handled by Whop under its own privacy policy, and this notice will be updated before then.
Your IP address
When you submit a form, your IP address is used in memory to limit repeated submissions, and we don’t store it. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes requests (including IP addresses) to deliver it, under its own privacy policy.
No analytics, ads or tracking cookies
This site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and sets no cookies of its own. Its fonts are served from this site rather than a font service.
What stays in your browser
The free tools save a few things in your browser’s local storage so they open the way you left them: the symbol, timeframe, layers and theme you chose, your saved chart layouts, and the liquidations the Liquidations page has already seen. They stay on your device and we never receive them. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes them.
Data the tools fetch from other services
Much of the market data is fetched straight from your browser: from Hyperliquid, Binance and CoinGecko. Those services receive your request, including your IP address, as with any website you visit, and their own privacy policies apply. Other data, such as exchange rates and stored chart history, comes through Markov’s own servers.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the early-access list is no longer needed, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We’ll do it and tell you when it’s done. If you never submitted a form, we hold nothing about you.
Contact
Markov doesn’t have a contact inbox yet; this notice will name one as soon as it does. Until then, reply to any email we’ve sent you.
Children
Markov isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
