Terms of use
In short
A draft, in plain language, for the free tools while Markov is in early access. Use them at your own risk; they are not advice. Reviewed terms replace these before anything is sold.
1. Who we are
Markov is a Jino Labs venture. “We” means Jino Labs; “you” means anyone using this site, the free tools or our TradingView scripts.
2. The free tools
They are free and need no account. They can change, pause or stop at any time, and a data source can drop out, for example when an exchange refuses your region.
3. Not advice
Everything Markov provides is research tools and education, not financial, investment or trading advice. You decide what to trade and you are responsible for those decisions. Read the risk disclaimer.
4. No warranty
The tools and data are provided as is and as available. We don’t promise they are accurate, complete, timely or uninterrupted. Market data comes from third parties and can be delayed, revised, missing or wrong, and modeled values are estimates.
5. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Jino Labs is not liable for trading losses, or for indirect or consequential losses, arising from your use of Markov. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t overload, scrape or resell the tools or their data, interfere with the service, abuse the forms, or use the Markov name to impersonate us. Data shown from third parties remains subject to their own terms.
7. TradingView scripts
Our scripts run on TradingView and are subject to TradingView’s terms. The open-source scripts are published under the licence shown on their TradingView page. Invite-only access is granted per TradingView username, at our discretion, and can be withdrawn; during early access it is free.
8. Paid plans
Nothing is for sale yet. Before Pro or Elite can be bought, we will publish terms covering subscriptions, billing, cancellation and refunds. See pricing for what is planned.
9. Privacy
The privacy notice says what we collect and why.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Using Markov after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and contact
Governing law will be set in the reviewed version. Markov doesn’t have a contact inbox yet; these terms will name one as soon as it does. Until then, reply to any email we’ve sent you.
